Hi sir,
Mexico’s tariff announcement has limited impact on Bajaj auto and does not alter the core investment thesis. Mexico is not a key profit pool for Bajaj, whose exports are diversified across 100 countries with growth driven by Brazil, ASEAN and premium motorcycles. Bajaj already has assembly operations in Mexico and Brazil, which cushions the impact of higher import tarrifs on fully built units, this is a near time headline risk not a structural or material earnings risk for Bajaj Auto.
Thanks,
Sudharsan.
