PrimeInvestor PMS is a SEBI-registered Portfolio Management Service offering professionally managed stock and mutual fund portfolios for long-term wealth creation. We started out as a SEBI-registered Research Analyst in 2020. We have transitioned into a PMS in 2026.
Our portfolios are built using a disciplined, research-driven framework and managed by experienced investors with a clear focus on risk management, capital preservation, and consistency across market cycles.

The minimum investment amount for our PMS is ₹50 lakhs as mandated by SEBI regulations. This ensures that we can construct a well-diversified portfolio tailored to your specific investment needs and objectives. You can bring in this amount as fresh money, or through transfer of mutual funds and stocks you already own, or a combination of fresh money and transfer.

Over time, we found that recommendations alone delivered limited value without execution, portfolio construction, and ongoing management. Most investor needs were around how to build and manage portfolios, not just what to buy. Therefore, we transitioned from the Research Analyst (RA) model to PMS.

The move to PMS allows us to:

Our fee structure is among the most competitive in the industry: Annual Management Fees: Prime Vision (MF-based strategy): 0.75% per annum Prime Synergy (MF + Stocks blend): 1.15% per annum Prime Velocity (Pure equity stocks): 1.55% per annum

Yes, our PMS offers flexibility for withdrawals. However, we have the following exit load structure to encourage long-term wealth creation

• 1% exit load on withdrawals before 1 year
• 0.5% exit load on withdrawals before 2 years
• No exit load after 2 years
