I don’t have the time stamp, but somewhere you said that a bond which did not have a public issue might also be listed. I was under the impression that privately placed bonds are not listed. Is that not correct?

Can a bond holder list a private placement bond even if the issuer had not?
Yes. A company can come to you the public for borrowing or simply ask a group of private people for the money. Either way they can be listed. Vidya
